Popular for lots of UofT student including myself.
It is still quite a bit of a walk or drive to campus. This condo is just of UTSG campus. What you are really paying for is it location. What is nice about the building is the location, close to many shops along Yonge St for food or can do other stuff like dance class.
There were was leaks, hvac, and elevator issues. The elevators seem to be the bigges downside for me.
The gym is decent has a smith machine and pull up bar.
Some units are a commerical residence/residential the townhouses, pretty cool.
stayed until my lease was up then dipped
