32 &36 Forest Manor Road - One of the better condos in Henry Farm area

Location:

• Similar problems with other condos in the area, lots of traffic if you have a car
• The area is becoming increasingly more dense, thanks to urbanization
• There is a freshco in the subdivision area
• There is also a cafe nearby but that gets busy so many people often just go to fairview mall

Amenities: These amenities I would actually use.

• The gym actually has a view and equipped decently
• Pool is good
• Lobby is nice cause of the high ceilings

Building

• Elevators sometimes have issues
• Views are pretty good from most units that are high up
• Alot of the bedrooms have split layout is good for if you have a roommate

Overall: it is a decent condo. It is not super luxurious like the fancy/hotel like condos that are often posted here but it is good for those on a budget.
