Location
- Located near Fairview Mall
- Always lots of traffic to get into the sub division
- Feel like the area wasn't planned for this much density thus the infrastructure is lacking
Amenities
- Gym isn't good
- Pool is prob the best of the amenities
- Theatre room, I never used. Looks so old and the building is only 10 year old
Building
- Kinda run down
- Units layouts are fine as it is very boxy.
- Some units have a good view (unobstructed)
