Amenities: Not much here just a gym and party room. visitor parking, direct subway access
Building: Large layouts, dont allow dogs
Vibe: older crowd, but it keeps it quiet.
Location: Y&F area. It is nice to get a seat on the subway. Lots of shops nearby.

I lived here before. Construction back in the older days were more solid, so it has better sound and heat insulation.
The pickup and drop off area is also good, quite large and can fit a number of cars so it isn't too crowded.
