concord is a joke of a developer. finally getting the light of day videos and pictures showing all the issues. There was a big flood just recently in 2026 Jan. 

I once picked up a girl here for a date and she made it seem like a big deal she lived here but in reality it is just not that good. A true luxury luxury condo would have exclusivity, valet service, doorman etc. 

There is just not alot of luxury condos in North York. 

If you want luxury have to go to bridle path area
