Pemberton’s four-tower Time & Space complex at Front and Sherbourne, rated 6.5/10. All four towers share one big amenity program — two gyms, two saunas, two steam rooms, an outdoor infinity pool, theatre room, BBQ terraces, ping pong tables and a badminton court. The catch is scale: ~1,600 units means constant move-ins, elevator issues, and one sauna that’s always broken. Maintenance fees stay under $1/sqft, but there’s no visitor parking.
