Menkes and Core’s 39-storey Whitfield at Front and Sherbourne, rated 6.5/10. The lobby is genuinely nice — better than Time & Space across the street. But it fronts right onto Front Street, so good luck getting an Uber unless the driver knows to come around back. The gym is small with no squat rack or bench, just some free weights; amenities lean to coworking lounges, billiards and a foosball table. South and west units get lake or CN Tower views and the area is strong — but note the lower floors skip full floor-to-ceiling glass; only the upper levels have it.
