Lanterra’s Teahouse at Yonge and Maitland, rated 6/10. This building has a real problem with food delivery thefts. Occupied after 2018, so there’s no rent control, and the population is very transient — lots of investors bought here and rented their units out. The location is genuinely good: right on Yonge Street with plenty of shops, cafes and food options, on Line 1.
