RateTheCondo review
Concord’s Park Place building that the forum bluntly calls ‘not really a luxury building.’ An 80,000 sq ft Mega Club with indoor pool sounds good on paper, but reviewers cite a major flood in early 2026 and ongoing quality complaints about the developer.
