RateTheCondo review
If you are looking for a condo in North York, this is probably your place. Scala is nicer than most buildings in the area, with nicer amenities and more generous space. The trade-off is the subway: Leslie station is about a 13 minute walk, so this is a building for drivers — it sits close to the 404 and the 401, and it is not the pick if you ride the subway downtown every day. The lobby is a real highlight, a grand space where people actually hang out and read a book. Built by Tridel.
