RateTheCondo review

A 2020 Easton’s Group tower the forum calls the worst building in Toronto, rated 2/10. No heat in January 2025, frequent fire alarms, elevators often down, parking break-ins. There is an outdoor pool and gym, but the operations record overwhelms them.
