RateTheCondo review
Concord’s 2025 flagship at Spadina and Bremner with a 71st-floor SkyGym and indoor pool. The forum gives it 5.5/10 – multiple flooding and pipe-burst reports, slow management response, and marketing the reviewers call gimmicky. Location is excellent; execution is the question.
