As a boutique condo with only 11 floors, it fosters a strong sense of community where neighbors can get to know each other.
Location & Accessibility
Situated along the waterfront, the building benefits from its proximity to the lake, offering a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. However, being just south of CityPlace means dealing with significant traffic congestion, and unlike some downtown condos, there is no direct access to the PATH system.
