• We have access to the superclub but that is overhyped
• Pretty crowded and loud
• Not just this condo uses the amenities but another tower also shares it, this is like +1000 people using the amenities lol
• There is visitor parking but limited

Units

• The building has like 500 units so that is alot 
• Dont really get to know your neighbours at this place
• Lots of turnover
• Has gas burner stove 

Location

• Nice that it is close to the Rogers Centre, but have to plan accordingly
• At times there is super heavy traffic and if you are coming home on a game night it can take a while. Spadina feels conjested most of the time
• There are some shops around the area to grab a quick bite which is nice
• I like that it is close to "The Well, Chinatown, and also Bars"
