It is good price per sqft. Maintenance fees include heat, hydro, water
Building: It is definitely on the older size, units are quite spacious. I find it quite quiet in the units.
Location: Right at Yonge and Finch. Short 10 min walk to yonge street, where you can find many shops
Amenities: Not much of a gym, party room is dated. Direct access to the subway though!
