Area: close to homeless shelters, but got some good takeout spots
Building: no heat in Jan 2025, fire alarms, bad elevators always out of service, a/c often goes out
Parking: lots of break in from smashed windows
yeah, 0/10 dont go here

A lot of new immigrants I know ended up here because they didn't know any better. This area and condo is bad.
