Review for 2 Anndale Dr (Hullmark Centre)
I’ve lived at 2 Anndale Dr for a while now, and overall, it’s an okay choice for North York living. There is just tons of people that are in-out of the building daily, not much of a boutique/luxury condo vibe. Here’s my take:
Location: 10/10
The building is incredibly convenient, located right at Yonge and Sheppard. Everything you need is within walking distance—banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. It’s hard to beat the accessibility.
Amenities: 6/10
The gym is decent with natural light from the windows, which makes workouts more pleasant. However, the jacuzzi is dark and often someone there, so I’ve never used it. The building offers basic luxury amenities, but don’t expect high-end services like valet parking or a concierge to bring deliveries to your unit. It’s a step above other condos in the area but not super luxurious.
Maintenance Fees: 5/10
The maintenance fees are on the higher side, over $1 per sqft. While the building is well-maintained, the fees feel a bit steep for the level of amenities provided.
Overall: 7/10
2 Anndale Dr is a good option if you’re looking for a convenient location and decent amenities in North York. It’s not ultra-luxurious, but it’s a bit nicer than many other condos in the area. If you value location and don’t mind paying a bit more for maintenance, this could be a great fit. Or are just renting.
