Set in the heart of the Bridle Path–York Mills enclave, One Post Road is a landmark residence that defines tier‑one condominium living in Toronto. Nestled along a private ravine and surrounded by some of the city’s most distinguished estate homes, this French château–inspired building offers an unparalleled blend of architectural grandeur, privacy, and timeless elegance. With residences typically priced north of $3 million, One Post Road is reserved for the most discerning buyers.

Prestigious Location & Unmatched Convenience

Situated on “Millionaires’ Row,” One Post Road enjoys one of Toronto’s most coveted addresses. Residents benefit from close proximity to the Granite Club, Sunnybrook Park, and Edwards Gardens, offering exceptional recreational and natural amenities. Renowned private schools including Havergal College and Crescent School are nearby, along with convenient access to top‑tier shopping, dining, and major transportation routes. Despite its central location, the setting remains serene, private, and discreet—true to the Bridle Path lifestyle.

Grand Lobby & Arrival Experience

The arrival experience at One Post Road immediately conveys a sense of refinement and exclusivity. A stately, beautifully appointed lobby welcomes residents and guests with classical detailing, rich materials, and a quiet elegance befitting the building’s prestige. Valet parking and 24‑hour concierge service ensure seamless, effortless living, offering a level of service more commonly associated with luxury hotels than condominium residences.

Architectural Elegance, Exceptional Residences & Gourmet Kitchens

Inspired by classic French château architecture, One Post Road is an intimate luxury building comprised of only 42 residences. Each suite is accessed by a private elevator directly from the parking level, offering an extraordinary level of privacy that rivals single‑family estate living.

The residences themselves are notably expansive—significantly larger than typical luxury condominiums—and feel more akin to gracious private homes. Interiors showcase outstanding craftsmanship, including custom carpentry, refined millwork, and thoughtful architectural detailing throughout. Soaring 10‑foot coffered ceilings, cornice mouldings, Doric columns, and majestic fireplaces establish an atmosphere of grandeur, while sun‑filled principal rooms offer both elegance and comfort. Many suites feature full‑size dining rooms, welcoming morning rooms, libraries or dens, and generous balconies with bay windows overlooking the ravine.

Chef‑inspired, eat‑in kitchens are designed to the highest standard, combining beauty and functionality. Outfitted with top‑of‑the‑line built‑in appliances from Sub‑Zero, Miele, and Thermador, they are complemented by timeless finishes of marble, granite, limestone, and slate—creating a refined yet highly practical culinary space.

Primary Retreats & World‑Class Amenities

Primary suites at One Post Road are true private sanctuaries. Generously proportioned and impeccably designed, they feature extraordinary 9‑piece spa‑style ensuites with his‑and‑hers vanities, separate toilet enclosures, and luxurious detailing throughout. His‑and‑hers walk‑in closets complete the retreat, offering exceptional storage and comfort.

Amenities at One Post Road rival those of an exclusive private club. Residents enjoy an indoor lap pool with whirlpool, a fully equipped fitness centre, an elegant boardroom comparable to Bay Street standards, as well as a music room and billiard room. Guest parking is plentiful, and each residence includes two to three parking spaces. Classical landscaped gardens and a terrace lounge overlook the breathtaking ravine, providing a tranquil, resort‑like setting year‑round.

A Rare Offering Without Compromise

Luxurious, private, and impeccably executed, One Post Road offers a condominium lifestyle without sacrifice. From its prestigious location and stately lobby to its expansive, beautifully crafted residences and first‑class amenities, this building stands among Toronto’s most exclusive addresses. For those seeking enduring elegance, privacy, and distinction in the Bridle Path, One Post Road remains truly unmatched.

Similar problems with other condos in the area, lots of traffic if you have a car

The area is becoming increasingly more dense, thanks to urbanization

There is a freshco in the subdivision area

There is also a cafe nearby but that gets busy so many people often just go to fairview mall

Amenities: These amenities I would actually use.

The gym actually has a view and equipped decently

Pool is good

Lobby is nice cause of the high ceilings

Building

Elevators sometimes have issues

Views are pretty good from most units that are high up

Alot of the bedrooms have split layout is good for if you have a roommate

Overall: it is a decent condo. It is not super luxurious like the fancy/hotel like condos that are often posted here but it is good for those on a budget.

Originally built in 1926, the Toronto Harbourfront Terminal Warehouse was transformed in 1985 by renowned architect Eberhard Zeidler, the visionary behind Ontario Place and the Eaton Centre. His redesign created one of Toronto’s most distinctive boutique residences: an eight‑storey atrium that visually connects the interior to the waterfront, blending industrial heritage with modern luxury.

Today, Queens Quay Terminal is a mixed‑use landmark featuring upscale shops (Farm Boy, Pearl Harbour Restaurant), restaurants, and offices, along with 72 spacious condominium suites. The layouts lean toward two‑ and three‑bedroom floor plans, offering generous living areas, oversized picture windows, and balconies overlooking Lake Ontario. It’s a building that feels both intimate and architecturally significant something rare on the waterfront.

Best of all, residents enjoy a prime Harbourfront location within walking distance of Toronto’s top attractions: the Harbourfront Centre, Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the CN Tower.

Location — 10/10

This is easily one of the strongest features of 211 Queens Quay West.

Why the location stands out

Forever unobstructed waterfront views — nothing will ever be built in front of you.

Steps from the lake — daily walks along the waterfront become part of your lifestyle.

Centrally located downtown — close to everything without feeling congested.

Near PATH access — surprisingly convenient for commuters.

Quick access to major highways — ideal for getting around the city, yet far enough to avoid noise pollution.

It’s the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience.

Units — 8/10

The suites vary, but many are truly exceptional.

Highlights

Direct lake‑facing units are breathtaking, with panoramic water views that feel like living in a luxury resort.

East‑ and west‑facing suites still offer partial water views and beautiful natural light.

Penthouse units feature skylights, adding architectural charm and rare brightness.

Spacious layouts — especially compared to newer downtown condos.

Large windows that frame the lake or the interior garden atrium.

Some units could use modernization depending on the owner, but the bones and proportions are outstanding.

Building Amenities — 7/10

This is where the building shows its boutique character.

What you get

Indoor pool

Lounge area

Beautiful interior garden atrium that brings in natural light and greenery

Valet parking — a standout luxury feature that elevates the entire experience

What’s missing

No gym — fitness‑focused residents will need to use Equinox, GoodLife, or work out at home.

Still, the valet service alone pushes this building into a “Tier 1.5 luxury” category. It’s not flashy, but it’s refined.

Lifestyle & Community

With only 72 suites and four residential floors, the building feels private and exclusive. Many owners use their units as second homes, meaning:

Elevators are rarely busy

Hallways stay quiet

The building maintains a calm, hotel‑like atmosphere

It’s perfect for someone who values space, privacy, and a waterfront lifestyle without the chaos of a massive condo tower.

Overall Impression

211 Queens Quay West is a unique blend of history, architecture, and waterfront luxury. It’s not the newest building, nor the most amenity‑packed, but its character, location, and suite sizes make it stand out in a city full of glass towers.

If you value:

Unobstructed lake views

Boutique living

Spacious layouts

Architectural significance

I once picked up a girl here for a date and she made it seem like a big deal she lived here but in reality it is just not that good. A true luxury luxury condo would have exclusivity, valet service, doorman etc.

There is just not alot of luxury condos in North York.

If you want luxury have to go to bridle path area

Building & Developer
10 York Street is a well built, high quality condominium developed by Tridel, a name known for solid construction and long term reliability. While it is often compared to 88 and 100 Harbour Street due to proximity and height, 10 York delivers a more refined and resident focused living experience.

Scale & Density
The building rises 66 storeys but contains only 694 units, which is a significant advantage compared to neighboring towers. Lower unit density translates into less congestion, smoother elevator use, and a more comfortable day to day experience overall.

Lobby & Arrival Experience
The lobby is bright and welcoming with abundant natural light, creating a calm and upscale first impression. The front desk is consistently staffed with two concierges, which noticeably improves security, package handling, and overall service quality.

Amenities
Amenities are thoughtfully designed and resident focused. The fitness centre is exclusive to residents only, offering a more private and less crowded experience than nearby buildings with shared gyms. The outdoor pool is a nice feature, however it is an outdoors so it can't be used in the winter. Additional amenity rooms can be booked for private use, which adds flexibility for entertaining or working from home.

Parking & Access
Visitor parking is available, though it is subject to a monthly usage limit, which is still a meaningful advantage in this location. One drawback is garage access, as the building sits on a one way street, making entry slightly less convenient compared to surrounding properties.

Elevators & Circulation
Separate elevator for high and low floors help reduce wait times and improve traffic flow within the building, an important feature in a tower of this height. There are also seperate elevators to get the garage.

Location & Walkability
The area is highly walkable, with easy access to the waterfront, Union Station, PATH connections nearby, and the Financial District. Daily errands, dining, and transit are all within close reach, making this a very functional downtown location.

Overall Verdict
10 York Street stands out as a Tier 2 luxury building that prioritizes resident experience, privacy, and service with a 8/10 rating. With lower density, better amenity access, dedicated concierge staffing, and Tridel build quality, it is a stronger and more livable option than 88 and 100 Harbour Street for buyers who want downtown convenience without the chaos of a high renter, high turnover environment.
