RateTheCondo review
Cresford’s Vox at Yonge and Wellesley, rated 5.5/10. Only two elevators serve the entire 35-floor building — you’d want at least one per 10 floors, so expect waits. The building has had flooding issues in the past. The saving grace is the location: right beside Wellesley subway station, ideal if you ride the TTC daily.
