RateTheCondo review
Camrost-Felcorp’s conversion of the old Four Seasons hotel into Yorkville Plaza, rated 5/10. The building allows Airbnb, so there’s a constant churn of short-term guests, and it’s popular with students. Many units got the weaker stacked washer/dryer. The amenity program is hotel-grade — indoor pool, gym, 24-hour concierge — but honestly, the location is the only genuinely good thing about this building.
