Menkes’ 67-storey South Core complex with direct PATH access and an indoor walk to Union. Two forum reviews split at 8/10 and 6.5/10 u2014 the location and convenience are excellent, but 1,300+ units means elevator waits, a tiny pool and no visitor parking. The gym is the public Pure Fitness u2014 just okay, busy, without full window walls. Watch the fee gap between the towers: 100 Harbour carries higher maintenance fees than 88 Harbour, possibly flood-related.
