RateTheCondo review
A boutique waterfront condo at Queens Quay and Bathurst, across from the marina and the Toronto Music Garden. The 11-storey building holds 187 units with 24-hour concierge, gym, sauna, party room, and rooftop patio. Well-run building in a prime Harbourfront pocket — an easy walk to the Martin Goodman Trail, Harbourfront Centre, and Billy Bishop Airport. With 2000-era construction, the reserve fund and recent special assessments matter more than the finishes when evaluating a unit here.
