The Britt is Lanterra’s 41-storey conversion of the legendary Sutton Place Hotel at Bay and Wellesley, completed in 2019 with British-inspired interiors by Munge Leung. The 690-unit building runs a full hotel-style amenity program — rooftop outdoor pool, spa with sauna, fitness centre, theatre, party room, and 24-hour concierge. The Bay Street Corridor location is the draw: Wellesley subway around the corner, U of T and the hospital district on foot, Yorkville a block north. Suites skew compact and the corridor is dense and busy, so light, noise, and the reserve fund deserve a close look before buying.
