Exhibit Residences sits right by the Royal Ontario Museum, close to Yorkville and the University of Toronto — the location is the main draw. The 32-storey Bazis tower’s 200 units are known for their wrap-around windows and stacked-cube design, with the south-facing units carrying the coveted CN Tower view at a premium. Day-to-day life has its frictions: elevators get busy at rush periods, the gym is sub-par with no heavy weights, and maintenance fees run over $1 per square foot. Turnover in the building is high. Buyers should weigh the unbeatable address against the carrying costs and check what the fees are actually funding.
